Lovebite Returns N320m to Workers and Customers in 2026

Lovebite, a premium bread manufacturer located in Anambra State, celebrated its annual Thanksgiving event in January 2026 by returning a total of N320 million to its workers and loyal customers. The company distributed N130 million to its employees during a gala night, recognizing their dedication and outstanding performance.

Additionally, N170 million was awarded to loyal distributors based on performance metrics. Chief Executive Officer Innoc Nwosu emphasized that the payout was an investment in human capital rather than charity, as funds were deliberately set aside from profits over a 15-month period.

The company’s financial structure allowed for this return, with a pool of N100 million yielding N50 million in returns. The event highlighted the importance of gratitude and community, with awards ranging from N500,000 to N30 million for individual achievements.

The celebration also included a mass for divine guidance and success, reinforcing Lovebite's commitment to its workforce and community.
