Tiwari warned that compliance must evolve beyond periodic checks to continuous processes, requiring advanced tools to mitigate risks associated with outdated manual HR systems. He noted that 82% of companies plan to increase technology investments to strengthen compliance processes, according to a 2025 global study by PwC.

Ravika Bandyopadhyai from Sanlam emphasized balancing efficiency with innovation through digital transformation. Kammi Sing from Discovery People stressed the importance of integrating technology and workforce data to ensure compliance and enhance organizational performance, advocating for a unified source of workforce data to improve accuracy and compliance across organizations.
