Amadi Proposes Joint Ticket for Atiku and Obi in 2027

Sam Amadi, the director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thought, has called for a joint presidential ticket between Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi to enhance their chances of winning the 2027 elections. He made this assertion in a post on social media, emphasizing that there are no first-class or second-class citizens in Nigeria, and that the 6 million votes Obi received should be respected.

Amadi also claimed that President Bola Tinubu is afraid of Obi's potential impact in the upcoming elections. He advised Obi to seek the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2027 presidential ticket, suggesting it as an alternative to the current political landscape dominated by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Amadi is a staunch supporter of Obi and has urged the former presidential candidate to prepare a backup plan, indicating that Tinubu's campaign is hindered by the country's dire state.
