Kwara Assembly Orders Enforcement Against Livestock Roaming

The Kwara State House of Assembly has expressed concern over the dangers posed by free-roaming livestock on major roads, leading to accidents and traffic disruptions. The Assembly passed a motion sponsored by Oba Abdulkadir Magaji, Odetundun Olushola Lawal, and Saliu Reps to enforce laws holding animal owners responsible.

The Ministry of Livestock is directed to ensure strict enforcement, especially within urban areas, to prevent further accidents and protect motorists and communities.
