A search warrant executed at their hideout resulted in the recovery of numerous incriminating items, including fake police character certificates, stamps from the Nigeria Police Force, Ogun State CID, various police divisions, and stamps from different ministries and commercial banks.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects were part of a syndicate engaged in producing and using forged documents. The police have urged the public to report any suspicious activities to avoid falling victim to fraudsters.
