The 2025 NPFL Awards ceremony is set to take place in Abuja, with Nasarawa United's Yusuf Anas being crowned the season's top goal scorer. NPFL Chairman Otunba Gbenga Elegbeleye explained that the awards aim to recognize outstanding performances and promote excellence in Nigerian football.

The event will feature expanded award categories, including recognition for the best supporting fan club. Yusuf Anas, who led the goal-scoring chart with 17 goals, is expected to receive a monetary reward of N2 million.
