Baba-Ahmed: Tinubu Risks Being Nigeria's Worst President

Baba-Ahmed, a former special adviser on political matters, stated on Tuesday that President Bola Tinubu would become Nigeria's worst president if re-elected in 2027. He expressed concerns over the worsening conditions in the country, particularly highlighting the increase in insecurity and poverty, especially in the northern regions.

Baba-Ahmed noted that rather than observing improvements in Tinubu's performance, there has been a decline in national conditions. He criticized the strategy of amassing politicians around Tinubu, suggesting that the poor populace does not believe this approach will lead to effective governance.

His remarks were made during a program where he also indicated that the current state of desperation among the people is evident. This statement comes amid rising tensions as the country approaches the 2027 presidential election.
