BOOT Party Names Adekunle Adenuga as Ogun Candidate

On Friday, Adekunle Adenuga was unveiled as the BOOT Party's governorship candidate for Ogun State in the upcoming 2027 elections during an event at the party's secretariat in Abeokuta. Adenuga expressed gratitude to the party leadership for their confidence in him and accepted the governorship ticket with a deep sense of responsibility.

He committed to delivering purposeful leadership and stated that his candidacy is not driven by a desire to criticize previous administrations but rather to provide sustainable solutions to the challenges facing Ogun State. Adenuga highlighted that he has dedicated the last 16 years to finding practical solutions to societal problems and has developed a comprehensive plan to address the state's issues.

He also noted the importance of transparency, accountability, and selfless service in governance, as emphasized by the party's chairman, Abiodun Akerel. Akerel reiterated the party's commitment to prudent management of public resources and compliance with electoral regulations.
