Southern Legislators Forum Endorses Tinubu for 2027 Presidency

The Forum of former Southern legislators across 17 southern states has endorsed President Bola Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate for the 2027 general election. The forum, which includes former legislators at the local, state, and federal levels, made this decision during a summit in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The adoption of Tinubu as the presidential candidate is based on the need to promote equity, fairness, and unity in the country. The summit was attended by notable figures such as former Senate President Ken Nnamani and Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State.
