Ganduje Warns APC Members Against Early Endorsements in Kano for 2027 Governorship

Former Kano State Governor and APC leader, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, cautioned party members in Kano against prematurely endorsing individuals as the party's governorship candidate for the 2027 election.

This warning comes after a recent declaration by senior APC member in Kano, Senator Barau Jibrin, to contest the governorship. Ganduje emphasized the need for restraint and urged supporters to avoid promoting aspirants ahead of the appropriate time to prevent party divisions.

He stressed the importance of selecting qualified candidates at the right time to avoid controversies within the party.
