Group Mobilizes Nigerians for PVC Registration Ahead of 2027

The socio-political group Ogo Tuntun is actively mobilizing Nigerians to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) and participate in the electoral process leading up to the 2027 general elections. During a stakeholders' meeting held in Sagamu, group leader Rev.

Olusola Salau expressed concerns over previous elections where many voters were not adequately identified due to low PVC registration. Salau praised the economic policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting their positive impact and the growing membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the country.

Abdulrasaq Odusot, another leader in Sagamu, reported that approximately 95% of their members are already mobilized to register for PVCs. The group aims for at least 60% of total votes cast in their area.

Alhaja Rianat Oshisanwo and other leaders reiterated their commitment to ensuring full participation in the upcoming elections, while Samson Ogunsanya, the immediate past chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC), urged all political parties to work towards credible elections in 2027.
