ADC Criticizes PDP's Viability as Opposition in 2027 Elections

The African Democrat Congress (ADC) has criticized the People Democratic Party (PDP), stating that it is no longer a credible opposition party due to defections and selfish leadership. The ADC unveiled its secretariat in Ilorin, Kwara State, emphasizing the need for a strong opposition amidst rising insecurity.

Several key figures, including Sheriff Oborevwori and Ifeanyi Okowa, have defected from the PDP to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). In response, PDP's Deputy National Public Secretary, Ibrahim Abdullahi, defended the party's integrity despite internal challenges.
