US Firm Accuses Tinubu of Rigging 2027 Election

Von Batten-Montague-York, a political advisory and lobbying firm based in the United States, has alleged that President Bola Tinubu is actively trying to rig Nigeria's 2027 presidential election. The firm made this claim in a statement on its verified X handle on Saturday, asserting that Tinubu is utilizing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the judiciary to intimidate and purge opposition political parties and their candidates.

The firm stated that the evidence of these actions is undisputed. It further claimed that an individual associated with Tinubu's All Progressives Congress (APC) has issued a 14-day ultimatum to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest opposing presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar.
