GEN Nigeria and Tripoint Travels to Host Arewa Festival
The Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Nigeria has partnered with Tripoint Travels to host the 2026 Arewa Business Festival, scheduled for November 21st to 22nd in Abuja. This partnership was announced during a reception in Lagos aimed at launching the festival and engaging partners.
Olayinka Oguntola, National Coordinator of GEW Nigeria, stated that the festival will feature over 500 entrepreneurs exhibiting their products. Unlike the previous year, which had events across all 19 northern states, this year’s festival will be centralized in the Federal Capital Territory to facilitate logistics and participation from vendors across Nigeria.
Shuhda Mohammed, Convener of the Arewa Festival, emphasized the collaboration's goal to leverage tourism expertise to positively project Nigeria globally. The festival is expected to attract entrepreneurs, investors, tourists, and culture enthusiasts from across Nigeria.
