ADC Celebrates Tinubu's Birthday, Raises Economic Concerns

On the occasion of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 74th birthday, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) extended birthday wishes and raised significant concerns regarding the state of Nigeria's economy and security. In a statement issued by the party's public secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, the ADC emphasized the adverse effects of rising fuel prices, which have sharply increased the cost of living for Nigerians, making daily transportation difficult.

The party also referenced Nigeria's position on the global terror index, expressing alarm over persistent insecurity, loss of lives, and the displacement of communities across the country. The ADC criticized the government's handling of security challenges, arguing that official rhetoric fails to reflect the gravity of the crises faced by Nigerians.
