Security Operatives Arrest 8 Suspects in Kogi State Bandits' Hideouts Crackdown

In Kogi State, security operatives conducted an operation to dismantle bandits' hideouts, resulting in the arrest of 8 suspects linked to criminal activities, particularly aiding kidnapping syndicates. Asp Saliu Oyiza Afusat, the Police Public Relations Officer in Lokoja, disclosed that the operation involved thorough combing of forests and remote areas to identify and neutralize criminal elements.

CP Naziru Bello Kankarofi of the Kogi State Police Command emphasized the importance of intelligence-led security measures to disrupt criminal networks and ensure the safety of residents.
