Abuja Airport Shut Down After Private Jet Incident; Train Service Faces Disruption

The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja was closed temporarily following an incident involving a private jet, a Gulfstream 400, which landed with 14 passengers and four crew members. The Abuja-Kaduna train service also encountered mechanical faults, leading to a journey interruption.

Henry Agbebir from the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria confirmed the incident. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the mishap.

Passengers were left stranded as the train had to reverse back to Kaduna for repairs.
