Access Holdings Plc (ACCESSCORP) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the livestreaming link for its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set to hold on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
The notice, signed by Group Company Secretary Sunday Ekwochi and dated June 3, 2026, was filed as a follow-up to the original AGM notice published on May 11, 2026. The livestream will be hosted on YouTube via the link: https://youtube.com/live/Z6ZRTL6LrVY?feature=share.
The company stated that the link is being provided specifically to accommodate shareholders who will not be physically present at the meeting, allowing them to follow proceedings in real time.
Access Holdings also noted that it maintains a dedicated investors' portal on its corporate website at theaccesscorporation.com/investor-relations.
