ADC Issues Ultimatum to Atiku Abubakar to Regularize Membership

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has issued a fresh ultimatum to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, to regularize their membership status or risk losing recognition within the party. The ADC Chairman in Adamawa State, Shehu Yohanna, emphasized the importance of obtaining valid membership cards at the ward level to be acknowledged as bona fide members.

The ultimatum follows a resolution by the party's National Caucus, reaffirming the need for constitutionally recognized membership for individuals to participate or hold leadership positions within the party, underscoring the party's commitment to upholding its internal regulations.
