ADC Raises Alarm Over Harassment of Members in Lagos, Urges Security Action

The African Democrat Congress (ADC) in Lagos State has expressed alarm over the rising cases of harassment and intimidation faced by its members from political thugs. The party highlighted the challenges its members encounter in holding meetings and engaging in political activities across several local government areas.

Ugochukwu Anaer, the ADC's local government area chairman in Festac, disclosed the targeted attacks on party members and criticized the security agencies for failing to address the situation effectively. The ADC called for urgent action to protect voters and ensure a safe electoral process in the upcoming 2023 general elections.
