ADC Seeks Clarification on Alleged Discrepancies in US-Nigeria Health MoU

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has raised questions regarding the US-Nigeria Health Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), expressing worries about possible violations of Nigeria's constitution and sovereignty. ADC's Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi called for urgent clarification from the federal government on the agreement's content, highlighting discrepancies between the public descriptions of the MoU by the two governments.

The ADC emphasized the need for transparency and adherence to constitutional provisions prohibiting discrimination based on religion or ethnicity in international agreements.
