Minister Claims ADC with Peter Obi as Candidate Will Lead to Defeat in 2027 Election

Hannatu Musawa, the Minister of Arts, Culture, and Tourism, expressed her views on the 2027 presidential election, stating that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) with Peter Obi as the candidate would lead to a loss. She emphasized that Atiku Abubakar is not a strong contender against Bola Tinubu.

Musawa made these remarks during a podcast with Seun Okinbaloy. She highlighted that Atiku is a patriot but does not pose a significant challenge to Tinubu.

Musawa also pointed out that the ADC does not recognize the South's power, as Atiku is the party's flagbearer, indicating a lack of support for maintaining power in the South.
