African Union to Boost Tourism at Nigeria Expo

The African Union's Social Secretariat will participate in the Africa Tourism and Creative Economy Expo in Abuja, Nigeria. The expo aims to enhance Africa's tourism and creative economy sectors, with support from various stakeholders including the Nigerian government and 36 state ministries.

The event will focus on increasing budget allocations for tourism, fostering collaboration between African countries and the private sector, and leveraging the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) for mutual benefits.
