Air Peace Expands Regional Flights Across West Africa

Air Peace, Nigeria's leading carrier, has announced an expansion of its regional flight operations across West Africa, with a new schedule set to take effect on April 1, 2026. This strategic move aims to strengthen regional connectivity and boost trade and travel within the sub-region.

The new flight schedule will enhance seamless travel from Lagos to Abidjan, Dakar, Banjul, Accra, Monrovia, and Freetown, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additionally, flights from Lagos to Abidjan and Dakar will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The airline noted that the increased frequency is designed to accommodate rising passenger demand and will improve travel options across the Francophone corridor of West Africa, facilitating easier business and leisure travel. Furthermore, Air Peace will operate regular flights connecting Lagos to Accra and Monrovia, reinforcing links between Nigeria, Ghana, and Liberia, and supporting economic growth in the region.

The airline's expansion is part of a broader strategy to position Lagos as a major aviation hub connecting West and Central Africa to international destinations.
