Akpabio Family Excommunicates Sister-in-law Over Senate President's Wife Comments

The Akpabio family in Ukana Ikot Ntuen, Akwa Ibom State, excommunicated Patience Ibanga Akpabio, the sister-in-law of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, for making disparaging comments against the Senate President's wife, Dr. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio.

The family accused Patience of persistently insulting and defaming the Senate President's wife, leading to her expulsion for disrespecting family values and unity. Despite warnings and injunctions, Patience continued her tirade, prompting the family to publicly disown her.

The Akpabio family emphasized their pride in the Senate President's leadership and condemned Patience's actions as bringing shame to the family.
