Akume Calls on TIV Diaspora to Support Tinubu's Agenda for Unity

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, urged TIV Diaspora members to promote unity and support Bola Ahmed Tinubu's development agenda. Speaking at the Mdzough U Tiv United Kingdom (MUTUK) annual celebration, Akume emphasized the importance of fostering peaceful coexistence and highlighted ongoing federal government projects in Benue State.

He praised Tinubu for providing opportunities for Nigerians to contribute to national growth and emphasized the need for transparent leadership. Akume also noted improved security measures in the region, including the establishment of the North Central Development Commission and the appointment of a TIV son to lead the agency.
