Sani Reveals Reason for Fubara's Absence at PDP Convention

Umar Sani, a chieftain of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), revealed on a TV show that Fubara's failure to attend the recent PDP national convention was due to his disinterest in political affairs in River State. Sani clarified that Fubara's party membership remains intact until he publicly declares otherwise, unlike the Taraba State governor who openly expressed intent to join the APC.

The PDP acknowledges Fubara as a member unless stated otherwise.
