Hearn, speaking to iFL TV, stated that Joshua could have earned significantly more by agreeing to stage the fight in the United States but chose to prioritize having the bout in Britain. Hearn mentioned that Dana White attempted to intervene in the negotiations, despite having no involvement in the fight.
