The official fight date for the heavyweight showdown between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury has been confirmed for Friday, December 11, 2026. This highly anticipated match will take place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, concluding years of negotiations regarding the bout.

Tyson Fury, with a professional record of 36 wins, two defeats, and one draw, including 25 knockouts, will face Anthony Joshua, who holds a record of 30 wins and four losses, with 27 knockouts. The fight was announced by Turki Alalshikh, chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority and president of the Saudi Boxing Federation.

The event will be promoted by The Ring in collaboration with Dana White. The fight will be streamed live globally on Netflix, with subscribers able to watch at no additional cost.

A press conference is scheduled for September 30, where Fury and Joshua will meet, marking the beginning of the promotional activities leading up to the fight. Details regarding the undercard will be revealed later.
