Yari Urges Opposition to Recognize Tinubu's Achievements

Senator Abdulaziz Yari, a former governor of Zamfara State, called on opposition parties to "bury their hate and anger" towards President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, asserting that Tinubu's administration is making significant progress in Nigeria. Yari praised Tinubu's achievements, particularly in education, noting that students are no longer facing school strikes due to financial difficulties.

He made these remarks on Friday during the APC convention held in Abuja, which was attended by 32 governors and 8,000 delegates. Yari cited economic indicators such as inflation, which he reported at 15.06 percent, and foreign reserves amounting to $49 billion, as evidence of the government's progress.

He urged Nigerians to disregard propaganda that distorts the reality of Tinubu's governance and encouraged them to recognize the ongoing reforms. Yari concluded by emphasizing the need for unity to rebuild Nigeria under Tinubu's leadership.
