APC Defends Tinubu's Governance Against Critics' Claims

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has responded to critics of President Bola Tinubu's governance and reforms, with Professor Nentaw Yilwatda emphasizing the tangible benefits of the administration's initiatives across Nigeria. In a statement issued in Sokoto, Yilwatda, who serves as the party's chairman, condemned certain groups affiliated with opposition parties for spreading misinformation via social media to undermine the administration's achievements.

He accused these groups of deploying false narratives to discredit the government's progress, particularly regarding development in northern Nigeria. Yilwatda argued that the current administration has made visible progress in various sectors, including security, infrastructure, agriculture, education, and healthcare.

He called for vigilance against politically motivated misinformation that could erode public confidence in the administration and urged citizens to support ongoing reform and development programs to better serve the nation.
