Nollywood actor and politician Kenneth Okonkwo slammed the ruling APC as incompetent and corrupt, advocating for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a better option for Nigeria. Okonkwo, a chieftain of the ADC, highlighted the party's focus on Nigerian welfare and called for a review of potential leaders.

He suggested the former Anambra State governor as a potential LP presidential candidate for 2023. Okonkwo believes the ADC can bring meaningful reforms to the nation.
