APC Campaign Council Restructures Leadership for 2027 Election
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council has announced the formation of a new Directorate of Stage Organisation and Management and has restructured the leadership of its Youth and Women Mobilisation divisions. Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Council Secretary and Governor of Imo State, made this announcement in Abuja on Tuesday.
This decision follows the inauguration of the Council and aims to strengthen its organisational structure, enhance coordination, and improve operational efficiency in preparation for the 2027 presidential election. Dr Farouk Adamu Aliyu has been appointed as the Director of the new Directorate of Stage Organisation and Management, with Hon. Adejare Bello as Co-Director.
Ayo Olawande will lead the Directorate of Youth Mobilisation, supported by Dr Dayo Israel as Deputy Director. Dr Mary Aille Idele will head the Directorate of Women Mobilisation, with Dr Betta Edu as Deputy Director and Hon. Imaan Suleman as Secretary.
The adjustments reflect the Council's commitment to an inclusive and effective campaign structure to mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election bid.
