APC Postpones Congress Dates and Extends E-Registration Nationwide

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has shifted its congress dates and extended the e-registration exercise nationwide until February 8, 2026, excluding River State, Osun State, Ekiti State, and the Federal Capital Territory. The party's National Public Secretary, Felix Morka, disclosed this information in Abuja.

The congress, initially scheduled for March 17, will now take place on March 27-28. The membership e-registration exercise, part of the 2025-2026 schedule, was extended by the 183rd National Working Committee to allow more members to register.

River State is excluded from the upcoming ward congress due to the last year's off-cycle congress. Osun State, Ekiti State, and the Federal Capital Territory are exempt due to upcoming elections.

The APC aims to mobilize members for registration to achieve its 12 million membership target.
