Aradel Holdings Plc Appoints Nnoli Akpedeye as Independent Director to Strengthen Board Oversight

Aradel Holdings Plc has appointed Nnoli Akpedeye as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective February. The appointment is subject to shareholder ratification at the next Annual General Meeting.

Akpedeye's addition aims to enhance Aradel's board oversight and diversification, ensuring transparent and accountable strategic decision-making for long-term stakeholder value creation. With a wealth of experience in oil, gas, engineering, legal, and management consulting, Akpedeye has a track record of executing high-impact projects.

Until 2014, she served in a senior role at Shell Exploration and Production Company Nigeria, managing critical projects. Aradel's Managing Director and CEO, Adegbit Falade, emphasized the company's commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance through Akpedeye's appointment.
