Shareholders approved a final dividend of ₦23.00 per ordinary share, payable to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on Friday, July 10, 2026.
Four directors — Chairman Augustine Olorunsola, CEO Adegbite Falade, CFO Adegbola Adesina, and Non-Executive Director Kerin Gunter — were re-elected by rotation. Four additional director appointments were ratified: Olusola Adeeyo, George Osahon, Mahmud Tukur, and Nnoli Akpedeye.
KPMG Professional Services was appointed as the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026, replacing the retiring firm Deloitte & Touche. The Directors were authorised to determine KPMG's remuneration.
