Arewa Think Tank Backs Tinubu for 2027 Re-election

The Arewa Think Tank has publicly backed Sunday Dare, expressing confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's ability to secure re-election in 2027. During a podcast appearance, Dare stated that Tinubu's administration is not threatened by the political influence of Peter Obi, the Labour Party's presidential candidate from the 2023 elections.

Muhammad Alhaji Yakubu, representing the Arewa Think Tank, emphasized that the administration's achievements over the past three years will outweigh political rhetoric in determining the outcome of the next presidential election. Yakubu noted that Tinubu's government has demonstrated a commitment to addressing Nigeria's economic challenges through bold reforms and policy initiatives that have already yielded positive results.

The group believes that Tinubu will reclaim Lagos State in the 2027 presidential election and urged Nigerians to continue supporting the administration's reform agenda for greater economic stability and national development.
