Arsenal Faces Injury Crisis with 10 Players Withdrawn

Arsenal Football Club is experiencing heightened injury concerns as 10 players have withdrawn from international duties. This situation escalated with the withdrawal of Rodri from the Spain squad due to a knee issue, marking the 10th player to leave.

Mikel Arteta's side is particularly worried as Piero Hincapi, who played 72 minutes against Morocco, returned to North London to recover from an undisclosed injury. Other notable withdrawals include Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka from the England camp, as well as Noni Madueke, who limped off a match and was seen wearing a knee brace.

Eberechi Eze also withdrew due to a calf injury, which will sideline him for at least a month. The injury list already includes William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhães, Leandro Trossard, and Jurriën Timber.

Arsenal is set to return to action in the FA Cup quarter-final against Southampton on April 4, followed by a UEFA Champions League match against Sport Lisboa e Benfica on April 7, while holding a nine-point lead at the top of the Premier League.
