Arsenal's EPL Title Hopes Diminish After Bournemouth Loss

Junior Kroupi put Bournemouth ahead in the 13th minute with a poke finish at the back post, becoming the first teenager to score 10 goals in a debut Premier League season, surpassing Robbie Keane's record from the 1999-00 season. Arsenal equalized in the 35th minute through a penalty awarded for handball, converted by Viktor Gyökeres, who continued his fine form.

However, Bournemouth regained the lead in the 74th minute when Alex Scott, a product of the club's academy, capitalized on a lapse in Arsenal's defense, finishing expertly beyond goalkeeper David Raya. This defeat leaves Arsenal with a nine-point advantage over second-placed Manchester City, who have two games in hand, reducing the lead to three points.
