Arsenal and Juventus Battle for Nigerian Striker Victor Osimhen Amid Galatasaray Interest

Arsenal and Juventus are both vying for the signature of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, who is currently playing for Napoli. Galatasaray is also interested in the player.

Osimhen, who has been in fine form with 14 goals and 20 assists in 20 games for Galatasaray, is seen as a potential replacement for Dusan Vlahovic at Juventus. The 27-year-old has drawn attention due to his impressive performances, including scoring 26 league goals under coach Luciano Spalletti at Napoli in 2023.

Juventus is looking to revamp its attack and sees Osimhen as a marquee signing. The player has expressed a desire to return to a top European league, having already excelled in Serie A.

Galatasaray is reluctant to sell Osimhen, whose contract runs until 2029, but bids in the region of €100 million could force discussions.
