Eno's Campaign Group Mobilizes Support in Akwa Ibom

Umo Eno's campaign group is currently touring local government areas in Akwa Ibom State as part of his re-election bid for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidacy in the January 2026 governorship election. The campaign, launched under the Arise Renew Hope Initiative, began on February 19 and has already visited 12 local government areas.

The campaign train, led by Uwem Okoko, included notable figures such as Udo Kierian and Edidiong Inyang, who emphasized Eno's achievements in office. The campaign events have been marked by vibrant displays of support, including attendees dressed in red shirts featuring images of key APC leaders like Bola Tinubu and Godswill Akpabio.

Local leaders have pledged their support, with promises of significant voter turnout in the upcoming elections. The campaign aims to solidify Eno's position as the preferred candidate, leveraging his strong approval ratings and the absence of formidable opposition.
