Asiru Idris Launches Support Group for Tinubu's Re-election

On Monday, Asiru Idris, the Kogi State Commissioner for Finance, inaugurated a support group aimed at rallying support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The event took place in Isanlu, Yagba West Local Government Area, where Idris called for the continuation of Tinubu's leadership to consolidate administrative achievements.

He highlighted the importance of mobilizing support across three local government areas within the Yagba Federal Constituency, urging citizens to participate actively in the electoral process by registering to vote and obtaining their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs). Idris noted significant achievements during Tinubu's first term, including economic reforms and the introduction of a student loan scheme.

He expressed optimism that these reforms would benefit Nigerians in a potential second term. The support group aims to reach all 34 wards in the constituency, with a strong emphasis on grassroots mobilization to ensure a massive turnout for the elections.
