DMO Opens Subscription for September 2025 FGN Bonds at 16.541% Rate

The Debt Management Office (DMO) in Nigeria has opened the subscription window for the September 2025 Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) savings bonds with an interest rate of 16.541%. The subscription period runs from September 1 to September 5, 2025, with settlement scheduled for September 10, 2025.

Investors can expect coupon interest payments on June 10, September 10, and December 10. The bonds have two categories with different maturity dates and interest rates.

The bonds qualify as a security trustee investment under the Trustee Investment Act and also for tax exemptions. Investors can subscribe with a minimum of N50 million.
