Atiku Abubakar and Senator Abdulaziz Yari Deny Holding Private Meeting in Zamfara Airport

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Senator Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara West have both denied reports of holding a private meeting at the airport. Atiku's media adviser, Paul Ibe, clarified that the encounter was coincidental as Atiku was embarking on a private journey to Saudi Arabia.

The meeting involved pleasantries and no substantial discussions. Atiku was accompanied by family members and associates, including Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport staff.

Mustapha Salihu, the APC Vice Chairman for the North East, also corroborated the account, emphasizing that it was a brief exchange of greetings with no further engagement between the two leaders.
