Applicants must be under 45 years old on the date they submit their application to qualify for this visa.

However, there are exemptions available for specific categories of applicants. The ENS visa is intended for skilled foreign workers who have received formal nominations from Australian employers.

Once granted, this visa allows holders to live and work in Australia permanently, making it a highly sought-after pathway to residency.
