AXA Mansard Projects N3.62bn Profit for H1 2026

AXA Mansard Insurance Plc has released its financial forecast for the first half of 2026, projecting a profit after tax of N3.62 billion for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026. This forecast reflects the company's ongoing focus on underwriting discipline and investment efficiency, despite a complex macroeconomic backdrop.

The anticipated insurance revenue is expected to reach N90.77 billion, driven by growth across its diversified portfolio, which includes property, casualty, life, and health insurance segments. The company aims to maintain its growth trajectory by leveraging its strong market position and digital capabilities.

AXA Mansard also projects service results of N10.13 billion, while managing insurance service expenses of N62.84 billion. The net expense from reinsurance contracts is estimated at N17.80 billion.

Additionally, the company expects to generate N7.92 billion in net investment income, which will serve as a critical buffer for its bottom line. The forecast indicates a cash balance of N31.29 billion at the end of the period, reflecting a slight decrease from the opening balance of N39.85 billion due to planned outflows for investment activities.
