Dembele Responds to Mbappe's 'Chosen One' Comments

Ousmane Dembele, the winger for Paris Saint-Germain, responded to remarks made by his international teammate Kylian Mbappe, who compared their career trajectories. Mbappe suggested that he was viewed as the "chosen one" while Dembele was seen merely as a talented player.

In his reply, Dembele stated, “I’ve always been at the back of the class, working hard,” emphasizing his commitment to hard work throughout his career. He acknowledged that he has never been regarded as the "chosen one," but he was rewarded with a successful year at Paris Saint-Germain.

Dembele expressed a relaxed attitude towards the current season, indicating he would continue to work hard without feeling pressured.
