Kogi Monarch and CAN Suspend Church Activities Amid Bandit Attacks

In response to security breaches and attacks by armed bandits in Kabba Bunu, Kogi State, Oba Solomon Owoniyi and Rev. Kayode Osatuyi ordered the suspension of all church activities until further notice.

The decision was made during a meeting between the traditional ruler and church leaders to ensure public safety. The attacks included the invasion of communities and churches, prompting the directive to comply with the order for the interest of public safety.
