Bandits Kidnap Seven People in Abuja Community, Security Measures Intensified

In Abuja, bandits abducted seven mourners, comprising six girls and a 16-year-old boy, from Gidan Bijimi in the Bwari area council. The incident occurred during a burial ceremony, with armed men invading the area and targeting vulnerable border communities.

The FCT Ministry, led by Nyesom Wike, launched an operation to enhance security and curb crime. The Police Commissioner, Miller Dantaway, assured residents of increased security in border communities to combat such criminal activities.
