Barau FC Defeats Remo Stars, Maintains Unbeaten Streak

Barau FC continued their unbeaten streak by defeating Remo Stars 2-1 in a match held at Sani Abacha Stadium. Remo Stars initially took the lead in the 63rd minute with a goal from Hadi Haruna, a former player for Lobi Stars and Enyimba FC.

However, Barau FC responded with a goal from Joseph Atul in the 70th minute, followed by a decisive goal from Joseph Kemin in the 83rd minute, securing their comeback victory and lifting them to ninth place in the league table. Meanwhile, Kano Pillars, who were previously coached by Abdallah, faced a crushing 3-0 defeat against Ikorodu City, with Tosin Oyedokun and Abayomi Ayodeji scoring in the second half.

This loss marked a challenging period for Kano Pillars, who have not won since their last home defeat to Abia Warriors on March 8.
